A cousin visited Australia and I decided to make a kangaroo burger. I wonder wjat would go well with kangaroo meat. I thought maybe a mango chutney? any help please?

Mango chutney sounds .... good, or .... You can try to put a pomegranate molasses glaze and serve with avocado slices and fresh arugula leaves.
