Can someone me a rough estimate of how much they should be for a later investigation / / Field Evaluation and Research of the domestic and legal policy, cost savings of moving to England and Wales? I am for the first time a buyer and a little afraid that I will not be able to afford these fees after placing a deposit. I will pay the stamp tax on the value of the property I'm looking for. Any feedback appreciated.
